Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cultural Canvas Art, we want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right. Please review our policy below for information on how to return or exchange an item.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

  • Custom or personalized artwork and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to initiate a return

  1. Email our customer support team at info@culturalcanvasart.com with:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return or exchange

  2. Our team will respond with instructions and the return shipping address if your request is approved.

  3. Carefully package the item(s), including all original materials, and clearly mark your Order Number on the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item due to a defect, damage, or a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cultural Canvas Art cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
